Finding the right property means contacting multiple agents, paying fees upfront, visiting sites that don't match what was described, and starting over. We built AgentBuddy to change that — for everyone.

Mission

Make property search simple, transparent, and fair for everyone.

The property market has a real problem: too much friction, too little transparency, and too many people losing time and money in the process. Seekers waste weeks on properties that were never right. Agents are spread thin across communities just to stay in the loop. Developers can't reach serious buyers.

AgentBuddy is a platform building the products to fix this — starting with Addy and Agent Network, with more on the way as the mission grows.

Mid 2024
Core technology built
Developed the search infrastructure and AI layer that powers Addy — making it possible to search for properties in plain, natural language.
Late 2024
Addy launched
The AI property search assistant went live, helping seekers describe what they want and get real, verified matches.
2025
Agent Network launched
The professional home for real estate agents went live — built from conversations with 50+ agents across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt.
