How is my contact information handled?
We don't share your contact information with anyone on the platform. Unlocking a contact just reveals theirs, so you're the one reaching out — never sold, never handed out.
How are agents verified?
Every agent on the platform is tied to a real, traceable identity and track record — no anonymous listings, no ghost accounts.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — Addy is available on the App Store and Google Play, or you can use it directly through the website.
Is Addy free to use?
Searching and browsing listings is completely free. You only spend a credit when you're ready to unlock an agent's direct contact details.
How do credits work?
Each unlock of an agent's contact information costs one credit. Credits can be purchased in bundles from your profile.
Do unused credits expire?
No — credits stay on your account until you use them. There's no time limit or subscription to keep active.
What happens if a listing turns out to be inaccurate?
Report it from the listing page. We investigate and remove agents who repeatedly post inaccurate or misleading listings.
How do I get access to Agent Network?
Agent Network is live. Request an invite through our contact page and we'll help set up your profile.
